Most of us spend our lives fitting our dreams into the gaps: a long weekend here, a fortnight’s holiday there. I spent years doing the same, until I realised the places I longed to see would never fit into two weeks. So I left a stressful full-time career behind, spent three months living in a camper van and explored Europe on my own terms. That journey changed the way I see the world, and the way I want to live. And it was only the beginning…
